Aligned with YMI's global Strategy 2032, we are deeply committed to championing health and wellness in our local communities. Through targeted advocacy campaigns, medical outreach, and support for conditions like sickle cell, our clubs actively strive to empower lives and bring vital care to those who need it most.

The main purpose of the Y's Men Club is to serve its own YMCA. It is estimated that Teach year, hundreds of thousands of hours of voluntary service are provided. Through our projects, millions of dollars are given yearly to assist our local Y's in meeting their budgets, purchasing needed equipments, erecting building or sending young people to camps. Y's Men also serve as active, participating members of committees and boards at every level of the YMCA organization. The relationship between Y's Men International and the World Alliance of YMCAs took a great step forward in 1970 when Y's Men opened an office in the World Alliance Headquarters at the John R. Mott House in Geneva, Switzerland. The relationship was strengthened in 1973 when this office became the International Headquarters for Y's Men.
